ASA athletes are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior at all times. A positive attitude at practices and team events is essential. Any athlete concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally. Consistently displaying negativity or a difficult attitude may result in removal from our program.

As an ASA athlete, I agree to the following:

I am a representative of my gym and will uphold a positive image.

I will foster community spirit, exhibit good sportsmanship, and fulfill my commitments to the best of my ability.

I will demonstrate respect towards the adults I work with, including coaches, staff, and members of the ASA family.

ASA family members must maintain a positive and respectful environment. Disrespect, gossip, yelling, or negativity toward athletes, staff, or others is prohibited and may lead to dismissal. Physical altercations result in immediate removal without refunds. At competitions, responsible behavior is required—gloating, foul language, or disrespect will not be tolerated. Threatening to withdraw a child results in immediate removal. Demeaning language toward staff may also lead to dismissal.

As the Guardian, I agree to the following:

I have thoroughly read the ASA 25-26 Team Information Packet and recognize my obligation to comply with the policies of Almaden Spirit Athletics.

I acknowledge the ASA Athlete Resignation Policy which I will adhere to if I am either removed from a team or choose to leave at any point during the season. I am aware that any outstanding dues must be settled and that there will be no refunds for prepaid fees.

I understand the guidelines and requirements that my athlete must adhere to.

I understand the time and financial commitments expected from both myself and my athlete.

I understand that any photos taken of my athlete at events where ASA is in attendance may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and our website.
