  ASA athletes are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior at all times. A positive attitude at practices and team events is essential. Any concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally. Consistently displaying negativity or a difficult attitude may result in removal from the program.
  
  As an ASA athlete, I agree to the following:
  - Represent ASA with a positive attitude and image at all times
  - Demonstrate good sportsmanship and fulfill my commitments
  - Show respect to coaches, staff, and all members of the ASA family
  - Treat teammates with kindness, respect, and encouragement both inside and outside of practice
  - Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment

  ASA families are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times. Disrespect, gossip, yelling, or negativity toward athletes, staff, or others is not permitted and may result in dismissal. Physical altercations will result in immediate removal without refunds. At competitions, all members must demonstrate appropriate behavior—gloating, foul language, or disrespect will not be tolerated. Threatening to withdraw an athlete or using demeaning language toward staff may result in removal from the program.

  - I understand the expectations and requirements for my athlete
  - I understand the time and financial commitments required
  - I understand that concerns during ASA practices, events, or competitions will be handled by ASA staff, while matters outside of ASA activities are the responsibility of athletes and their parents/guardians
  - I grant permission for photos/videos of my athlete at ASA events to be used for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional materials)
  - I acknowledge and agree to the ASA Athlete Resignation Policy, including responsibility for all outstanding balances, and understanding that no refunds will be issued for prepaid fees
