In order to complete your request, our process requires several steps before kicking-off your migration and sometimes post-migration follow-ups:
- Assessment of your account
- Adding relevant stakeholders into email
- Approval from stakeholders after reading Terms and Conditions
- Migration scheduling
- Updating user emails and/or merging duplicate accounts (if applicable)
- Canceling source subscription and potentially updating destination subscription (if applicable)
Please note, due to data migration complexities and possible engineer involvement, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
