Chapter Grant Submission Form

Chapter grants can provide up to $3000 in funding to support a variety of ASA Chapter projects including regional conferences, the development or implementation of decolonial detours, special journal-related projects, regional communities of practice or other collaborations, special event series, targeted support for participation of the regional chapter in the national conference, chapter leadership retreats and member outreach, or other chapter needs.

Your submission should include a 3-5 page, double-spaced narrative proposal including:
- Project themes and objectives
- Statement of need
- A description of regional demographics
- Plans to publicize the project within the region
- A project budget
- Appendices, including letters of support or collaboration from individuals and/or organizations involved in the project (as needed).
