I understand that athletes enrolling as a competitive member of Asgard All Stars are committed for the entire competition year and that participation and acceptance into these team means that athletes must be attended all training sessions, all additional compulsory training sessions and all competitions and events as determined by Asgard All Stars Management.
As an athlete I agree to follow the Competitive Agreement as stated below for as long as I am a member at Asgard All Stars. Additionally if the athlete is under the age of 18 as a Parent/Carer I agree that both myself and my child will follow the Competitive Code of Conduct as stated below.

Follow the athlete, spectator, parent and carer codes of conduct that apply at all times.

Ensure all training sessions are attended, including compulsory additional training as determined by Asgard All Stars management.

Attend all competitions and events as determined by Asgard All Stars management.

Inform coaches of any illnesses or injuries prior to training, competitions and events.

Follow the safety rules put in place by the host of competitions and events.

Know and understand the Emergency Action Plan of all competitions and event.

Know and understand the Evacuation Plan of all competitions and events.

Respect the rights, and worth of other athletes, coaches, officials and spectators.

Care for and respect the equipment provided by the hosts of competitions and events.

Know and respect the clubs admin hours.

Focus on the efforts, enjoyment and performance of all athletes rather than the result of the competiton.

Never ridicule or yell at athletes, volunteers, parents, spectators, coaches or other staff.

Show appreciation for good performances by all participants (including opposing participants).

Respect the decisions made by officials.

Do not physically or verbally abuse or harass anyone including athletes, coaches, judges, administrators, or volunteers. Report those that do to the relevant party.

Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.

Check with the appropriate club or state bodies’ policy on photography of participants before taking photos.

Ensure to remain seated in the clubs designated areas during all performances, including those of other clubs or individuals, while at competitions and events. Movement in the audience causes distractions and is not fair to other athletes, spectators or clubs.

Team photos are to be taken outside of the performance areas, not whilst competitions or events are underway.

Understand and respect that athletes are to remain with their team manager, club or coach unless otherwise informed by Asgard All Stars management. Set break times will be allocated so athletes can talk to and see spectators, parents and carers.

Display good sportsmanship at all times.

Never use bad or negative language while representing Asgard All Stars. This includes during events, while wearing training or competition uniforms and during training.
Breach of Code of Conduct:
It is a condition of membership that all competitive participants agree to and abide by this Code of Conduct. Asgard All Stars reserves the right to remove any person in breach of this Code of Conduct as well as any person undertaking behaviour that controdicts Asgard All Stars Behaviour Management Policy. Any Athletes, Spectators, Parents or Carers breaching this Code of Conduct will be removed from the competition and/or event imediatly. Further action may also apply and will be determined by Asgard All Stars management.
