Center for Leadership brings together senior leaders across sectors (private, public, civil society and academia) to share bold ideas, have courageous conversations and commit to ethical actions that build enduring systems, shape policy and build a great nation.
The Center for Leadership provides different leadership interventions including:
- A three-module Senior Executive Leadership Program (January - May, 2026) for very senior executives who craft a leadership transformation project that is important to them, and work with individually assigned, certified, executive coaches.
- A four-module Leadership Program for Managers (July, 2026 - November, 2026), including a bootcamp, hands-on managerial and leadership capacity building with a cohort of other managers from diverse backgrounds.
- Masterclass on scaling businesses across Africa with Kris Senanu (March, 2026)
- Masterclass on Ethical Leadership and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance (June, 2026)
- Executive Roundtable events - open, leadership dialogues that host amazing leaders with global experience and track records of transformation.
