I work at Blasted Ink Studio located inside the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevent information I may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Once this has been filled out I will get back to you as soon as possible to book an appointment or answer any questions.

If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo or scar that you would like covered as well as some area around it. Also please note how old the tattoo/scar is in the description box. If you're looking to get a tattoo placed in between an area/other tattoos, you can upload a photo of the area too.

Do you have a budget?
Shop minimum is $150. $200 minimum for hands, feet, neck, or face. I typically charge by the piece - but please let me know if you have a specific budget you need this to fall under. I can not guarantee the tattoo you are looking to get will fall within this budget though. Larger pieces fall under my half day ($600), full day ($1000) pricing.

Sick Policy - if you are feeling sick, please reach out to reschedule the appointment. Your deposit will NOT be forfeited if you contact me prior to your appointment time. This is good for one reschedule before deposit is forfeited.

Please be deposit ready. The deposit does come off the total price of the tattoo.

Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Your deposit is good for one reschedule if given at least 48 hours notice.
- If another reschedule has to happen, you will be required to put down another $50 deposit, and the original $50 deposit will be void.
