Mr. Long has been teaching music for over 15 years through private lessons and group classes. Drawing on his years of classical training and a modern approach to music education, he makes learning guitar and ukulele accessible, engaging, and fun for students of all experience levels.
In this club, students will learn the fundamentals of reading music, strumming chords, playing melodies, and developing proper technique. They will also have opportunities to explore songwriting and create original music in a supportive, creative environment.
Ukulele's will be provided to 4th-6th levels
MS and HS students will bring their own guitars.
Open To: Ukulele only for 4th, 5th, and 6th. | Guitar only for MS/HS.
Start Date: September 8
Schedule: Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:00 in the FABA chorus room
Pick-Up: Please pick up in front of the FABA/Admin portico
Cost: $120/month or $30/week PLUS $12 for ukulele or guitar book
