Please ensure that this form is completed fully and accurately before submitting to ASSA. After 01/01/24 litters must be submitted within 18 months of whelping (2023 registrations have a 5 year grace period from the date of whelping). Each name cannot exceed more than 30 characters (including the prefix and spaces).

GUIDELINES FOR LITTER REGISTRATION

Litter Registration Guidelines (See WSDR Rules Part 4 for full registration requirements and Part 2 for Code of Ethics)

• All owners of a jointly owned animal must sign the breeder declaration
• All living progeny must be listed on this form
• No progeny will be registered unless the breeder has registered a prefix
• In the case of dual mating, the sire must be identified prior to submission of the litter registration form using DNA Profiling with Orivet. The profiling report should be attached with the application form.

NAME Not more than 30 characters, including spaces and breeder’s prefix. If the applicant wishes to use another kennel as a suffix in the name of their dog/s, they must seek permission in writing from the owner of said prefix and submit this with the litter registration form. If your first choice name has been taken by another breeder, the second preference will be allocated.

REGULATIONS (WSDR Rules Code of Ethics) Members shall provide to the recipient of dogs sold or otherwise disposed of by that member, written details of: Vaccination schedule, including current vaccination certificate evidencing that the dog has been immunised against Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, and Parvovirus.
