Vending Information

Booths are 6ft tables with linen and chairs. Each booth is $75 a day, and information for payment will be sent once accepted. Please let us know if you would like more than one table.

We are hosting several raffles that will go to help local animal shelters. Would you like to donate an item (s) to help raise funds?
Would you be interested in Trinket Trading? We will provide a sign that helps Attendees know that you will or will not participating. You can also just trade on Saturday, this is when you will definitely see the most people.

Astraea Fantasy Events is not liable for any lost or damaged marchandise/booths at Phantoms of the Sea event. Vendors are welcome to leave booths set up over night at their own risk.
