Shared Accommodation Information
Shared accommodations are designed for attendees who are comfortable sharing a bed with a friend, partner, or selected roommate.
Room selection and accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deposit + Payment Information

Travel insurance is required for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is Non-Refundable
Refund Schedule:
50% refund of total retreat cost if canceled 60+ days before retreat start date
25% refund of total retreat cost if canceled 30+ days before retreat start date
No refunds within 29 days of retreat start date
If retreat balance has been paid in full, attendee transfer or rescheduling options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the retreat must be canceled by Wellness Counseling Inc. or Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of retreat payments made will be issued.
Wellness Counseling Inc. and Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC are not financially responsible for airfare changes, travel costs, or other personal expenses incurred.
Nature of Services Provided
While facilitators may be licensed mental health professionals, this retreat experience is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, nor healthcare of any kind.
Participation in this retreat is not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental illness, dysfunction, or condition, nor should participation be considered a substitute for healthcare services.
If you experience a mental, emotional, or physical condition requiring professional care, we encourage you to seek appropriate support from a qualified healthcare provider.
Participation in retreat workshops, trainings, activities, discussions, movement, excursions, or experiential activities is voluntary.
Professional Privacy
We strive to maintain the privacy of all retreat participants. However, legal healthcare confidentiality and privilege laws do not apply within this retreat setting, and participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees and retreat experiences.
Retreat Terms + Conditions
Wellness Counseling Inc. and Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC are not responsible for financial agreements between participants and third-party vendors or accommodations.
Audio and/or visual recording of retreat workshops, trainings, or presentations is prohibited unless written approval is provided.
This retreat takes place outside of the United States and facilities may not meet United States ADA standards.
All grievances or concerns must be submitted in writing and will receive a response within 5–10 business days.
Assumption of Risk + Waiver of Liability
Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may include physical, emotional, recreational, travel-related, and experiential activities.
Participants acknowledge that any physical activity carries some risk of injury or illness and accept full responsibility for participation decisions.
By participating in this retreat, attendees voluntarily release, waive, and hold harmless Wellness Counseling Inc., Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC, facilitators, contractors, affiliates, staff, and partners from liability related to participation in retreat activities.
Participants affirm they are physically and emotionally capable of participating and understand they are responsible for consulting with healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns prior to participation.
Wellness Counseling Inc. and Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior may create disruption, safety concerns, or harm to the retreat experience or other attendees.
Photography + Media Consent
Participants acknowledge and consent that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during retreat experiences for educational, marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
Participants may revoke media consent in writing prior to retreat participation.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation, promotion, or distribution of business materials during the retreat is prohibited unless pre-approved by Wellness Counseling Inc. or Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC.
This policy applies to all attendees, staff, volunteers, facilitators, and guests.
Intellectual Property
All retreat materials, presentations, trainings, content, branding, logos, curriculum, and intellectual property associated with Wellness Counseling Inc. and Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching LLC remain the sole property of those organizations and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
By registering for this retreat, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms, financial policies, cancellation policies, participation agreements, and liability waivers outlined above.
