You acknowledge responsibility for monitoring your health and consulting a physician before participating.
Instructors and facilities are not liable for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
Exclusion of Participation
Participants may be removed from the event if they conceal health issues, are unfit for participation, or engage in behavior that endangers others or disrupts the event. Paid fees are non-refundable, and any additional costs incurred are the participant’s responsibility.
Consent for Photography/Video
You authorize Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC to take photographs/video of your participation for use in marketing, advertising, and educational materials. You may revoke this authorization at any time by submitting written notice.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation or self-promotion, written or verbal, is prohibited unless materials are submitted and approved by Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC prior to the event. This applies to staff, volunteers, participants, and guests.
Donated items may include a practice card or brochure, subject to prior approval.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, text, graphics, materials, and content provided by or associated with Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC are protected intellectual property. No rights or licenses are granted, and participants may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials without written permission.
Restrictions
Participants may not:
Sell or resell their event space.
Sell or distribute event materials.
Gather contact information for solicitation.
Record audio or video of trainings or presentations without written approval.
Represent the event as their own on social media. If posting, tag or credit Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC appropriately when applicable.
