Therapist Evolution Summit Participation Agreement
Nature of Event
We are pleased to have you participate in the Therapist Evolution Summit, hosted by Wellness Counseling Inc., Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC, and Compassionate Consulting Company.
This is a three-day, in-person professional conference designed for therapists and mental health professionals who are expanding beyond traditional models of practice into leadership, business development, and innovation.
This event is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
Participation in this summit does not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or healthcare services of any kind. The content presented is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any physical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services.

This is a professional event, not a clinical setting
Confidentiality protections associated with therapy do not apply
Participation does not establish a clinician-client relationship
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
Registration & Payment Terms
Pricing
Early Registration (Until May 31, 2026): $997 USD
Standard Registration: $1,297 USD
Payment Options
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your registration
Payment plans are available after the deposit is paid and the Total Cost of the Summit under this option is $1,297
Monthly payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month
The remaining balance will be divided into 6 equal monthly payments
A paid-in-full option of $997 USD is available at the time of registration
All pricing is listed in USD.
Payment Requirements
All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 2 months prior to the event
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your registration at the Hosts’ discretion
Cancellation Policy
The $250 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
Refund Eligibility Requirement
Refunds described below are only applicable if the total registration cost has been paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Participants enrolled in a payment plan are not eligible for refunds unless the remaining balance is paid in full prior to cancellation.
Refund Schedule (Paid-in-Full Only)
If the total registration cost has been paid in full, refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are as follows:
50% refund if canceled 60 or more days prior to the event
25% refund if canceled 30–59 days prior to the event
No refund if canceled 29 days or less prior to the event
Refunds will not exceed recoverable costs after fixed and non-refundable event expenses have been deducted.
Event Changes or Cancellation
The Hosts reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or format as necessary.
The Hosts are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, venue issues, or travel disruptions.
If the summit is canceled by the Hosts, a refund of amounts paid directly to the Hosts will be issued. The Hosts are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses.
Travel & Accommodations
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodations.
Professional Conduct
Participants agree to:
Maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment
Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior
Follow all event guidelines and instructions
The Hosts reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Solicitation Policy
No solicitation, selling, or promotion of services is permitted during the event unless explicitly approved in advance by the Hosts.
Vendor & Sponsorship Opportunities
The Therapist Evolution Summit may include select vendors and sponsors aligned with the mission and audience of the event.
By attending, you acknowledge that:
Sponsors or vendors may be present onsite and/or included in event materials
Interaction with vendors is optional and at your discretion

Intellectual Property
All summit materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the Hosts and/or speakers.
Participants may not:
Record sessions (audio or video)
Reproduce, distribute, or sell event materials
Photography & Media Consent
By attending, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
Consent may be revoked in writing prior to the event.
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including travel and participation in event activities.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to hold harmless Wellness Counseling Inc., Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC, Compassionate Consulting Company, and their representatives from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participant Acknowledgment & Agreement
By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of your registration
This event is for educational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute therapy, counseling, or healthcare services
You agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event
Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted
Final Agreement
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined above.
