WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
By joining the NEGROS PRIDE RUN 2026 event, I voluntarily accept all risks (including injury, weather, and road conditions), confirm I am physically fit, and release organizers, sponsors, and staff from any liability, including negligence. I authorize medical assistance if needed and allow the use of photos/videos for promotional purposes. I agree to follow all event rules and understand that fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation due to unforeseen events. For minors, I confirm the same on behalf of my child.
