Let us help make your fundraising event a success!
The following form must be completed in order to process and initiate your participation in the Autobahn Auto Care Fundraising Program. Our program is a charitable donation program, and Autobahn Auto Care Center reserves the right to select the organizations that we choose to support. Please complete this form online or return in-person to an Autobahn Auto Care Fundraising Coordinator to begin processing your request and to reserve your 30-day fundraising period.
How our fundraising program works (two options)

Sell Wash Passes:

Code Fundraiser:

Submit our fundraising application to get started. If your organization qualifies, we will contact you with a unique four-digit code to use for your fundraiser.

*We will provide you with a flyer you can use to promote your fundraiser, which has instructions on how to use your organization’s four-digit code.

*We will donate 30% of all sales made using your four-digit code to your organization. To qualify for the donation, you must accumulate a minimum of $100 in car wash sales.

*There is no cost to your organization for fundraising with us. At the end of the fundraising period we will write you a check for 30% of the revenue that your organization earned.

*The fundraising period can last for a maximum of 3 months. Fundraisers can start on the 1st or 15th of the month and will end on the last day of the final month.

*Fundraising checks cannot be made out to individuals. They must be made out to the organization listed on the fundraiser.

Recognized by government as a non-profit organization. Please attach a copy of your tax-exempt certificate or their official documentation recognizing non-profit status. If your organization is a public school, government agency, local chapter of a national non -profit or a church, no documentation is required.Not recognized by government as a non-profit organization. Approval of this agreement is at the sole discretion of the Autobahn Auto Care Center. Please note that this agreement must be approved prior to starting your fundraising program. This agreement may be terminated and/or cancelled by written notice at any time during the term of this agreement by either party. Not valid with any other discounts or offers.

In the event that the fundraising Organization is unable to sell the entire quanitity of wash passes in the alloted time frame, the responisble party agrees to the following:

All unsold wash passes must be returned within 14 business days of fundraising completion.

A check, money order or credit card payment totalling 50% of the proceeds from sold passes must be submitted with the returned unsold wash passes.

The responsible party takes full responsibilty for 50% of the retail value of all unreturned passes. There are no exceptions to responsibilty for the wash passes (lost, stolen or damaged.) Autobahn Auto Care reserves the right to cancel any wash passes should a problem arise with the organizations account.

The wash passes are not redeemable for cash but can be used at their retail value to upgrade a wash package, with the holder of the certificate paying the difference.

By signing this agreement, I understand that all fundraising wash passes are to be the sole responsibility of the Organization Representative listed on this agreement to ensure return of unsold wash passes or pay in full for all wash passes not returned.
All unsold wash passes and final payment must be returned to Autobahn Auto Care Center within 14 business days of completion of the fundraising period.

Cost of Collection: In the event it is deemed necessary by Autobahn Auto Care Center to institute collection proceedings against the undersigned for any amounts owed, the undersigned agrees to addtionally pay Autobahn Auto Care Center for all cost and expenses of collection, including without limitation all reasonable attorney fees, expenses, court fees and cost of collection.

Under no circumstance are fundraising wash passes to be sold or distributed on
Autobahn Auto Care Center property, parking lot/area adjacent to, or vicinity of. No guarantee or warranties of any kind are made by either party hereto as to the anticipated success of this program. By signing, these terms are agreed to and accepted.
