The registration form must be filled out online. A birth certificate and wallet size picture of the athlete must be submitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!. Any additional documents will be available for you in person if your athlete makes the team.
There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee: CashApp/Zelle
If you need to make a cash payment, we will be available to accept cash payments at our In-person registrations on February 25th and March 3rd, 4-6 pm @ CircleK

*IF YOUR ATHLETE HAS A PREVIOUS BALANCE, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT UNTIL THE BALANCE IS CLEARED!*
*If your athlete makes the team, there will be a $250 deposit due on March 14th that goes towards uniform expenses. Full Cost breakdown will be available as soon as the uniform price is finalized by the vendor. Athletes must attend Jamz camp on June 27th & 28th; no exceptions. If the athlete does not attend, they will be dropped from the program! Every athlete must pay a $200 Volunteer Fee due August 1st, 2026. This fee is fully refundable at the end of the season if volunteer requirements are met at every home game. Parents/guardians must assist at every home game during the season. This system helps ensure we have enough support to run smooth, successful home events for our athletes. If the athlete participates in competition team, there will be additional costs.
