I also don’t like doing lots of color or big cover ups! You do not have to submit multiple forms if you are getting more than 1 tattoo, or booking for a group, just include all the info in one form! If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo or scar that you would like covered as well as some area around it. Also please note how old the tattoo/scar is in the description box.
Tattoo Size
(HxW in inches.) A guess is fine or saying “the size of a…” tennis ball, pencil, palm of hand, etc, for comparison
Placement
Forearm, bicep, calf, thigh, spine, etc. Be specific if you can! Also keep in mind I do not tattoo fingers/hands, faces, ears, or necks.
Style
Floral, line work, fine line with shading, traditional, dot work etc. if you’d like fine line or something tiny, please do some research on how these things heal before moving forward! (The bigger the tattoo typically the better they will heal)
Color or B/G?
Color, black and grey, mix. Keep in mind I don’t accept many color pieces, I prefer black and grey!
What is your budget for this appointment? My rate is $150 an hour, my minimum is $80.

If you would like script in your tattoo, please find a font on www.dafont.com, list it below, and what the exact wording will be.
Please note, any script in another language, I am unable to redesign or translate seeing as I can only read and write in English. Please make sure if it’s in another language the spelling and script are correct. If you’re getting Roman Numerals please make sure they are correct!!!!
