By applying for a Street Feast event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Cancellation Policy: All applications are subject to a strict no cancellation policy for the invoice issued. Once you apply, you are obligated to pay the full amount specified in the invoice. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind.
2. Enforcement of Policy: This no cancellation policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
3. Legal Action: Failure to comply with these terms, including non-payment of any outstanding fees, costs, and interest, may result in legal action to recover the owed amounts.
Please note - all site fees are non refundable. Please note that any site fees not paid by the week of the event will change to a cancellation fee - immediately due.

Avid Leisure reserves the right to deny any future attendance at Street Feast events for vendors that hold unpaid cancellation fees.
