We also want to learn a bit about you to help ensure that we are aware of anything we need to know about to better support you.

• You are welcome to bring an item on you that reminds you of a loved one or for support for yourself. Example crystal, trinket, jewelry, picture.

For meditation and sound healing session:

• Yoga Mat
• Warm Blanket
• 2 Pillows
• Eye mask

 

REFUND SCHEDULE  

100% refund up to 3 days before the event. No refund when requested within 3 days before the event. Registration is transferable to another attendee under certain circumstances.

Cancellation by the facilitators:

Journey To Your Souls Medicine Event reserves the right to resign from a contract under extraordinary circumstances: If the booked service and/or arrangement cannot be provided due to force majeure (e.g. epidemics, storms, staff illness etc), or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant, the company has the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect. Payments already made by the guest will be refunded within two weeks of the cancellation.

Cancellation by the guest:

Cancellation fees may apply due to associated costs such as the catering service, rentals, swag. You may choose to transfer your spot to another person.

 

Guest’s participation in any of the Journey To Your Souls Medicine Event services, activities or any other arranged event is at the guest’s own risk. The guest confirms they are over the minimum age for booking which is 18 years for this experience.

The guest releases, waives and holds harmless the companies, its offices, agents and/or facilitators from all claims, losses, damages, commitments, expenses (including legal costs) during or in conjunction with his/her participation in activities conducted and organized by Journey To Your Souls Medicine Event, which may arise from, but are not limited to any injury, accident, illness, death, material damage or personal damage to the guest or to others.

The Journey To Your Souls Medicine Event is not responsible for the theft of valuables, delays, traffic obstructions and any related expenses that may result from such circumstances. The guest also indemnifies TheJourney To Your Souls Medicine Event its officers, agents and/or its employees against all claims, losses, damages or expenses that any one or more of his/her executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors or assignee's may have in conjunction with his/her participation in activities conducted and organized by The Journey To Your Souls Medicine Event, and against any costs including legal fees that may incur as a result of any such claims, losses damages or expenses whether valid or not.

It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the company about any chronic diseases or illnesses prior to arrival. The guest accepts all risk and will not hold the company responsible for any health impairments resulting from his/her chronic disease or illness. Accidents or injuries of any kind or origin (driving, falling, etc.) are beyond influence and the company cannot be held responsible.

The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to equipment that belongs to the company or the facility (linens, decor, furniture, etc.) and will be charged a repair or replacement fee.

Holistic Treatments (Meditation, Sound  Therapy with Himalayan singing bowls, Energy Healing):

I understand that the holistic treatments provided during the Experience are for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from tension, or for increasing circulation and energy flow.I understand that the practitioners do not diagnose illness, disease or any physical or mental disorder; does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceutical, and does not do any spinal manipulations.  

If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will stop the activity and seek assistance if needed. I will listen to my body and respect its limits. 

It is clear to me that the treatment is not a substitute for medical examinations and/or diagnosis and that it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailment. I have stated all my known medical conditions and take it upon myself to update the therapist on my health during subsequent visits. I understand that I am responsible for my body, feelings, and emotions.

I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the workshop. I understand that I am not obligated in any way to participate in all, or any of the retreat meditations, or any activities should I choose not to.

I understand and respect that all personal information and discussions during the experience are sacred and confidential. What is shared during the class, stays at the class.ould I choose not to.

I have read the waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity of this agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by completion of my booking to agree to a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
