Christmas Paws Donor Agreement

-I understand that signing up now reserves my spot, but I will not receive my assigned family or wishlist until November 1, 2026 or later.

-If I choose to shop for a family, I understand I am committing to provide the requested wishlist items within the stated sponsorship amount.

-I understand gifts must be returned by the Christmas Paws donation deadline provided with my family assignment.

-If I am no longer able to participate, I agree to notify AZ Animal Alliance as soon as possible so another donor can be matched with the family.
