  • Arizona Veteran Supportive Campus Semi-Annual Reporting Form

    In accordance with A.R.S. 41-609, each Arizona Veteran Supportive Campus is required to: 

    • Forward a report to the Department of Veterans’ Services on the number of Veterans enrolled in and graduating from its Campus.
    • Offer sensitivity and awareness training on military and veterans' culture, including related issues such as traumatic brain injury, posttraumatic stress disorder, physical and mental disabilities, suicide and hypervigilance for faculty and staff.

    On or before December 31 and June 30 of each year, AVSCs will submit their Semi-Annual Campus Report on enrollment/graduation data and staff/faculty training using this form.
