AZ GOLF Club Visit Request Form

It is important for AZ GOLF to understand the wants and needs of our member clubs as well as share information and training on the tools that are available to assist officers in the administration of their club. AZ GOLF staff will be in your area throughout the year to meet with your club officers at a time that is convenient for you. Please fill out the form below and indicate your availability.

Please provide staff with at least three (3) day and time options that will work for your club officers. If you can provide more date and time options, that is helpful as staff will be coordinating with other clubs in your region as well.
