Quilt Delivery & Returns

For the Quilt AZ! Encore, most quilt deliveries will be made at remote locations (AQG Chapters and trusted AQG members) during the 10 days before the event. Mailing options will also be available. A full list of locations and options will be available and distributed soon.

Most quilts will be returned to the same remote location during the days following the event. Execption: if you volunteer to help Take-Down the quilts on September 3 at Westworld, you may take your quilt entry home with you. More details with the Confirmation packet.

You may have a trusted friend assist with the delivery and return of your entry.

Use the next two questions to indicate your probable course of action. You can change your answer when Confirmation Packets are distributed.

Encore Rules

The Encore quilt entry should not be modified since it was shown at the March 2026 Quilt Arizona! show. All the original content rules still apply for the Encore event (click here to review orig rules).
All quilt entries must have a hanging sleeve.
All quilt entries must have an Encore entry label on the back in the lower left corner, and delivered in a cloth bag with an Encore bag label. Labels will be digitally distributed 3-6 weeks before the Encore event.
If the Mail Option is used for quilt delivery and/or returns, then the cost of shipping is the Entrant's responsibility. A prepaid, return shipping label must be included if return shipping is requested.

Insurance Waiver and Assumption of Loss

Your homeowner's or business insurance policy may already protect your entry. The insurance policy that covers Arizona Quilters Guild (AQG) is a personal injury liability policy ONLY and DOES NOT provide any protections against property, damage, loss, or theft. We have always handled the entries with great care, observed quilt show attendees to prevent the handling of quilts, and provided security during the show. Nevertheless, we cannot accept financial responsibility for anything that may happen to the property of entrants. Therefore, we ask all entrants to sign the following statement, to acknowledge their recognition and assumption of risk.

By initialing this statement as part of the entry form, I agree to release AQG from all liability for any loss, damage, theft, injury, and/or destruction to any article entered by me in the AQG Encore Show at Westworld in Scottsdale, Arizona. I understand and assume the risk of all unisured property, and that it is up to me to properly insure my property against any and all risks.

PRINT a copy of this RSVP Form for your records (left-hand button below). The full printout usually requires more than 5 pages; if desired, you can modify the printer settings to control the printout.
Click on SUBMIT (right-hand button below). NOTE: if the Submit button bounces you back to a previous page in the form, SCROLL DOWN and look for the required question that is not completely answered.
When you see the THANK YOU screen, then your entry has been fully processed.
You should receive an automatic email confirmation very soon after you submit the Entry Form. (Check your spam mail.) It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to confirm that your submission was received.
