We will try to accommodate all specific requests on a first come, first served basis, however layouts are regulated by Fire Codes and Martin Auto Museum requirements. We will work out the layout details with you before the floorplans are finalized. In the meantime, please tell us about any special circumstances that we might need to consider regarding the placement of your booth; use the box below.

Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License: AZ TPT licenses can be obained at https://www.azdor.gov/ and may take up to 4 weeks to process. Vendor assumes full responsiblity for obtaining and paying all required licenses, permits, and taxes. Vendor understands that without TPT, they will not be allowed to vend.

What Happens Next?
1. Please print a copy of this application for your records (right button below) before you SUBMIT (left button below).
