    All booths include:

    • 8' back and side drapes

    Indicate your first and second choice for booth size, understanding that final assignments will be made by AQG Show Staff.

  • Booth sizes that have been SOLD OUT have been removed from the First Choice Booth List. If your choice is currently unavailable, please

    1. Select an acceptable Booth Size from the First Choice Booth Size menu (above); your deposit will be calculated from this booth price.
    2. Select your preferred Booth Size from the Alternative Choice Booth Size menu (below) and add a note in the Comments box.
  • Due to limited availablility, a pre-approval code is required for this Booth size.

    If you have not yet contacted the AQG Vendor Coordinator for this code, you can still complete this application:

    1. Select a Different acceptable Booth Size from the First Choice Booth Size menu (above); your deposit will be calculated from this booth price.
    2. Select your preferred Booth Size from the Second Choice Booth Size menu (above) and add a note in the Accomodations & Comments box (bottom of page)

  • Initial Deposit

    An inital deposit of 50% your total estimated fees is required at this time, however you can pay more if you wish. If you paid an Early Deposit, it will be deducted from the Initial Deposit due today.

    Choose your deposit rate below to adjust the PayPal charges by 50%, 75%, or 100%.

    The amount of your Early Deposit is more than the Desposit Required today. Your initiated application will be sent to the Quilt Arizona! Vendor Coordinator who will confirm your booth request and resolve your payment situation.

  • Booth Accommodations and Layout

    We will try to accommodate all specific requests on a first come, first served basis, however layouts are regulated by Fire Codes and Martin Auto Museum requirements. We will work out the layout details with you before the floorplans are finalized. In the meantime, please tell us about any special circumstances that we might need to consider regarding the placement of your booth; use the box below.

  • Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License: AZ TPT licenses can be obained at https://www.azdor.gov/ and may take up to 4 weeks to process. Vendor assumes full responsiblity for obtaining and paying all required licenses, permits, and taxes. Vendor understands that without TPT, they will not be allowed to vend.

  • Application Date & Signature

    • I understand that acceptance of my deposit does not signify acceptance into the AQG Quilt Arizona! 2026 show.
    • I understand that all booth assignments will be made by AQG Show Staff and may be subject to change without notice based on the requirements of the Show and Martin Auto Museum.
    • I understand that priority booth placement is given to returning vendors when possible; however, assignment of the same booth space as a previous year can not be guaranteed.
    • I understand and accept that the Arizona Quilters Guild assumes no liability for loss, damage, expense, or personal injury that may occur during the course of this event.
    • I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Contract.
    • I have completed the Application and certify its accuracy.

  • What Happens Next?

    1. Please print a copy of this application for your records (right button below) before you SUBMIT (left button below). This online format requires multiple pages, so you can use your Printer Menu to print only the first page or "print to PDF". You will get a summary of the application in your confirmation email.
    2. When you click SUBMIT, you will be redirected to Paypal to collect the deposit calculated above. Your application will NOT be processed without your payment.
    3. You should receive an automatic email confirmation very soon after you submit the application.
    4. The Quilt Arizona! Vendor Coordinator will follow up with you within a week.
    5. Remember that your final payment will be due January 23, 2026.
