In order for your Chapter Challenge to be approved for display in Quilt Arizona! 2026, your Chapter agrees to abide by the following rules:
1. Chapter Members are responsible for submitting their Challenge Entries using the Member Quilt Show Entry form during the open entry period.
2. Only one entry per Chapter Member will be accepted in this Chapter Challenge.
3. All Challenge Entries conform to the published rules for all Quilt Arizona! entries. The Rules are available with the Member Entry form and will be acknowledged by each Entrant.
4. The Entry Committee reserves the right to re-categorize or withdraw any Challenge Entry. Exhibitors with affected Entries will be notified of such decision as soon as possible.
5. All confirmed Challenge Entries will be delivered to the Intake Event on Sunday, March 15, 2026 (11am – 2pm), per the instructions in the Confirmation Packet.
6. The Chapter will be responsible for recruiting two members to Volunteer for the Hanging shifts on Wednesday afternoon March 18, 2026. These Volunteers will assist in hanging the Entries in this Challenge, as well as other Entries in the quilt show.

What happens next?
1. Please print a copy of this Chapter Challenge Entry form for your records (right button below) before you submit (left button below).
2. You should recieve an automatic email confirmation very soon after you submit this request.
3. The AQG Quilt Show Entry Coordinator will follow up with you within a week of submission.
4. AFTER your Chapter Entry has been ACCEPTED, then individual members must use the Member Entry Form to submit their Challenge Entries for display.
