Judging Room Sessions

There will be two Judging Sessions, please be available for either session:
- Monday morning, March 16, 2026 7:45am-12:00pm
- Monday afternoon, March 16, 2026 12:45pm-5:00pm
From the list of applicants, the Judging Coordinator will select up to ten (10) Observers for each session. If selected, you will be notified by March 1, 2026. You will have 48 hours to accept the invitation to the session.

Judging Room Rules

Please review the following Terms and Conditions for behavior in the Quilt Arizona! judging room. Initial below to indicate that you agree to abide by these rules should you be selected as one of the Juding Room Observers. A copy of these Terms and Conditions can be downloaded here.
1. Refrain from wearing perfume.
2. No food or drink. You may have a water bottle with screw on cap.
3. No recording of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: photographs, videos, audio recording, and taking notes. You may carry a cell phone, but it must remain OFF and in your purse or pocket at all times.
4. Observers must remain seated, in assigned seats, in the judging room for the duration of the session. Understand that you have been invited to Observe the Judging process, not preview the quilts in the show. It is very likely that you will not have a clear view of the quilts during this session.
5. Observers are to remain mute while in the judging room. Only the judges are allowed to make comments in the judging room. NO comments made in the judging room can be repeated elsewhere. You many not provide ANY information to the judges regarding quilts.
6. Any questions about the judging room may be directed to the judging room coordinator AFTER the session is complete.
7. Observers will be required to sign a Confidentiality Statement before entering a judging session.

2. You should recieve an automatic email confirmation very soon after you submit the form.
3. The Judging Coordinator will be contacting the accepted Observers by March 1, 2026. Should you be selected, please be available and ready to accept your invitation.
