For each Quilt Arizona! Entry Photo that you wish to purchase, please provide identifying information:
- Quilt Entry Title and/or Quilt-ID (if known)
- Name of Judged Cateogry or Display Only or Chapter Challenge

Terms and Conditions
1. High resolution digital photos will be delivered via email with no graphic corrections or edits. The full quilt top will be visible and unobstructed in the photo. Please note that there may be people and quilt show signs visible in the background of the photo.
2. Quilts will be hung for photography by the regulation height quilt sleeve provided. Quilts that exceed 85" in length may not be fully visible. In some cases, the top edge may be folded over to the back at the location of the hanging sleeve.
3. Photos can be purchased by any artist named on the Entry Form: the Entrant of a Solo Entry, the second artist named in a Duet Entry, or any artist named in a Group Entry. Each artist who desires a photo should place their order independently.
4. Purchase orders for Display Only or Chapter Challenge Entries must be received by January 11, 2025.
5. Purchase orders for Judged Entries must be received by January 20, 2025.
6. All sales final. Photo orders are non-refundable.

2) When you click SUBMIT you will be redirected to Paypal; payment is required to complete your order.

3) Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

4) Purchased photos will be sent to the email address you provided January 27-31, 2025.
