DUE TODAY $125 DEPOSIT. The deposit will be deducted from total cost.

Bride $175 any style

$125 trail available upon request

Bridal Party $100 only curls/half up $120 full updo

Flower girl $65 curls and small braid (10 and younger)

If a client would like to change styles between the ceremony and reception it will be an additional $100 and a trail is required.

If a second stylist is needed it will be an additional $150. Having a second stylist is necessary for larger bridal parties and parties with short time frames.
CONTRACTED SERVICES PER PERSON

Clients may add people up to 30 days before the event if time allows.

Clients may subtract people up to 30 days before the event.

After 30 days if people are subtracted the client is responsible for 50% of the services, 7 days before the event the client is responsible for 100% of the services.
TIMING

Full updo approximately-1 hour

Half up styles approximately-45 minutes

Hair above shoulders approximately-30 minutes

Hair past mid back approximately-1 hour 15 minutes

Please keep timing in mind when deciding start/end times!
MILAGE

If travel is required the cost is $1 per mile and $60 set up fee.

If the destination is further than 2 hours (or more than 140 miles) the client must provide lodging within 5 miles of the wedding destination for the stylist.

An additional travel and set up fee of $125 will be charged if the stylist has to pack/unpack from one location to another location on the day of the wedding.
CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation 30 days before the event client forfeits deposit, 14 days before the event client owes 50% of all canceled services and forfeits deposit, 7 days before the event client owes 100% of all canceled services and forfeits deposit.

I BRIDES NAME* understand and agree to the deposit of $125 at this time to secure the date and time. I agree to pay the full balance due on the day of the event. I understand that the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation unless 30 days notice is given. Changes to the bridal party can be made up to 30 days before the event without penalty. I understand that I am responsible for the total amount listed above (next to persons name) and that no refund will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment or change their mind the day of the event.

Bailey is not liable to client or any other third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or enhanced damages, arising out of, relating to, or in connective with any breach of this agreement, (a) regardless of weather such damages were foreseeable,(b) whether or not client was advise of such damages, and (c) the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort or otherwise) upon which the claim is based. It is the client's responsibility to secure insurance to protect themselves for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the parties control. Clients agree to relieve and hold company harmless for all such circumstances. Any photos taken by Bailey on the day of your event can be used for their own promotional use on their website and/or social media.

Each party agrees that this agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purpose of validity, enforceability and admissibility.
