Waiver and Competition Rules

1. Eligibility-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Participants must be 18+. All participants must sign a waiver. Participants must disclose food allergies or dietary restrictions before competing. Restaurant may refuse entry to anyone who appears unwell or intoxicated.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;2. Challenge format-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Each contestant gets up to 100 gol gappay&#13;&#10;Time limit is 10 minutes&#13;&#10;Goal is to eat 100 gol gappay within 10 minutes&#13;&#10;If no one reaches 100 = no winner&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. What counts-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;A gol gappa counts only when it is: served according to challenge standard, placed fully in the mouth, chewed and swallowed.&#13;&#10;Partially eaten, dropped, crushed, or spit-out gol gappay do not count.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;4. Standardization-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Each consistent will receive:&#13;&#10;Same shell size&#13;&#10;Same filling amount&#13;&#10;Same pani amount&#13;&#10;Same serving method&#13;&#10;Same refill timing&#13;&#10;Same tray/batch layout&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;5. Hands and eating method-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Participants may use their hands only&#13;&#10;No outside utensils&#13;&#10;No assistance from friends or audience&#13;&#10;Contestants must remain seated or standing in their assigned spot.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;6. Water / extra drinks-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Limited plain water allowed&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;7. Vomiting / spitting / unsafe behavior-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Any vomiting is automatic disqualification&#13;&#10;Any intentional spitting out food is disqualification&#13;&#10;Judges can stop a contestant for choking risk or unsafe behavior&#13;&#10;Safety decision by judges is final&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;8. Judge authority-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Judges control the official count&#13;&#10;Judges may pause or stop a contestant for safety&#13;&#10;Judge decisions are final in disputes&#13;&#10;Video may be reviewed only if you choose to allow review&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;9. Winner rules-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;A contestant wins by eating 100 verified gol gappay within 10 minutes&#13;&#10;If multiple contestants reach 100, winner is the fastest time&#13;&#10;If nobody reaches 100, no winner is determined&#13;&#10;In a tie, run:&#13;&#10;a sudden-death 2-minute playoff, or&#13;&#10;award equal placement and split the prize&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;10. Prize conditions-&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;$100 Baithakh Gift Card&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Disqualified contestants get no prize and no refund

All partipants are subject to pay $20 entry fee

By registering for and participating in the Baithakh Gol Gappa Challenge, I understand and agree that this event may be photographed, video recorded, live streamed, and/or otherwise broadcast or published by Baithakh and its representatives. I give Baithakh permission to capture, use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any photo, video, digital content, livestream, promotional material, advertisement, social media post, website content, or other media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation. I understand that this content may be used for marketing, promotional, entertainment, and business purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and release Baithakh, its owners, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any claims related to the recording, broadcasting, publication, or use of my likeness as described above.
