We're delighted to have you as a valued customer. These terms and conditions outline our agreement with you. By completing payment for your order, you're agreeing to these terms. Please note that these terms may change from time to time, but we'll always strive to keep you informed.
PICKUP POLICY
We are strictly for pickup service only. Our pickup hours end promptly at 3 PM, so please plan accordingly. A change in pick-up date can be considered only if I haven’t baked your order yet.
No rebooking will be allowed if you miss your pickup day. Failure to pick up your order or communicate with us on your pickup day may result in your order being offered to another customer, and no refunds will be given.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no cancellation of an order once payment has been made. Likewise, once your order has been picked up and delivered, we're unable to offer refunds, assuming the order meets our quality standards.
While we strive to provide excellent service, Baked by Adelle will not be held liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the order is released from our care. Baked by Adelle is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.
If you need to reschedule your pickup date, we'll do our best to accommodate, as long as we haven't already begun preparing your order. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
