5. We will review your payment and confirm receipt within 24 hours via Messenger or email.
6. Once you've submitted this form, your order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Downpayments are non-refundable. For any concerns or special circumstances, please feel free to message us.

Delivery Guidelines
For delivery orders, please take note:

• Buyer will book their own courier (Lalamove, Grab, etc.)
• We will message you via Messenger or e-mail with the exact pick-up details
• Kindly provide your rider with the name used in your order
• Book your courier based on your scheduled date and time
• Send the tracking link to our Facebook page immediately after booking
• Delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Pick-Up Orders
We will message you with your confirmed pick-up schedule and location details. Please arrive on time and provide the name used in your order upon pick-up.
