General Terms and Conditions
This is a group tour for solo travelers, couples, groups of friends (barkadas), and team-building groups. Exclusive group tours are available upon request and subject to a separate quote.
Mini Bungalow: Is included in the tour price.
Reservation Fees/Deposit:
Booking: Confirmation upon receipt of the deposit.
Privat Tours: You pay 50% of the full price at the Deposit.
Bungalow: Beachfront Bungalow 2,000 php per Night / Standard Bungalow 1,000 php per Night/ Mini Bungalow inclusiv in the normaly tourprice. In Bungalow is space for 2 Pax
Sharing Vantransfer included.
Van Transfer after the Trip to El Nido or Port Barton: Puerto Princesa to El Nido 700 php/Puerto Princesa to Port Barton 800 php , 200 php Deposit per Pax
Reservations are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and presentation of proof of payment (screenshot) for verification.
Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the guest, even in the case of refunds.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
A. Cancellation by the Guest: Regardless of the reason, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to departure: PHP 2,000 per person. Except for private tours, in which case the deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days prior to departure: PHP 7,000 per person.
Cancellation within 0–7 days prior to departure:
100% of the total price.
Please note that these fees are non-refundable and will be charged accordingly.
B. Cancellation by the Resort: In the rare event that the resort must cancel a guest's reservation due to a severe weather warning issued by the authorities or the cancellation of boat trips by the Coast Guard, the guest has two options.
1. Rebooking:
Guests may reschedule their trip to the next available travel date. This option allows them to retain their reservation and apply the remaining amount to a future booking at no additional cost. Rebooking is subject to availability and must be notified to the resort in advance.
2. Cancellation and Refund
Alternatively, guests may cancel their booking and receive a refund. However, a non-refundable reservation fee of PHP 2,000 will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to the guest. Cancellation requests must be notified to the resort in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.
Cancellation during the trip (e.g., weather-related restrictions in Balabac):
Refunds will be issued for unused services (accommodation, meals, island entrance fees).
No liability is assumed for missed flights. Allow sufficient time.
Child Prices
0-4 years: Free
5-6 years: 50% of the adult price
7 years and older: Full adult price
Disclaimer and Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.
The tour operator is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Accidents, injuries, or deaths during the trip are the sole responsibility of the participant. The tour operator assumes no liability.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of an accident, medical emergency, or death, the participant's family or insurer will cover the costs of medical treatment, rescue, or repatriation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel and accident insurance.

By paying the deposit, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Please only book if you fully accept these terms and conditions.
