The holiday season is right around the corner, and The Balloon Lab is so excited to be able to offer this fun new creation for you - balloon trees! If you're looking to order one, it's super easy! Just follow the steps below to be added to the pre-order list for your one-of-a-kind tree. If you have any questions, please reach out! You can reach us via email at balloonlaboxford@gmail.com.

1. First things first, do us a favor and fill out this form to request your tree. Please include as much detail as possible so we can make sure your creation includes everything you want!
2. After you submit your form, we will review it and follow-up with any remaining questions.
3. Once the design is finalized, you will receive an invoice with Venmo instructions for payment. Please pay promptly! We will not begin working on your tree until you have paid, so don't wait! Any invoices left unpaid after 48 hours will be void and those creations will not be made without additional reaching out on your part.

Please provide your preferred pickup date so we can plan accordingly! Pickup for balloon trees will begin the week of November 28th - December 4th unless otherwise requested. If you have an event or need your tree earlier, please leave us a note that so we can follow-up and make a plan for pickup. 

*Delivery is available for larger orders. If you are needing your trees to be delivered, please leave a note in the "Additional Information" section at the end of the form.

Additional Details

• Trees come in three sizes: 2ft, 4ft, and 6ft
• The base color is available in 6 shades of green and basic star toppers are available in gold and silver.
• Custom base colors are available for an additional fee which varies based on the size of tree.
• Custom star toppers are an additional $5 - custom colors include pink, purple, blue, red, and green

Trees are fully customizable, so if you need a custom color combination or an alternative size, just let us know!
