A deep clean includes the following detail-oriented services:
- high & low dusting (walls & ceilings • doorways & window ledges • baseboards • lampshades, wall decor & window treatments • light fixtures & ceiling fans • furniture, cabinet tops & shelving)
- wet wipe baseboards
- interior windows
- vacuum & mop
- wipe down high touch point areas on doors & walls
- wash kitchen & bathroom cabinet fronts & hardware and light fixtures
- wipe appliance fronts
- clean & disinfect countertops, including the removal of countertop appliances & personal items to clean beneath/behind (any efforts to minimize clutter is appreciated! excessive clutter may incure an upcharge)
- bathroom tile grout cleaning
- dusting of bathroom heater/exhaust vents
- collection of trash & recycling to be placed in homeowner's exterior bins (trash bags to be supplied by client)

A maintenance clean is a routine upkeep that follows the tasks of a deep clean.

Housekeeping tasks such as tidying personal belongings, changing bed linens, and similar tasks can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Maintenance pricing reflects the shared effort of keeping the home maintained between cleanings.
