  • Are you interested in playing at BarrelHouse Brewing Company? We want to hear from you!

    Complete this form to be added to our booking roster and considered for all taproom locations. Submissions are reviewed by each taproom, and we will follow up if booking dates are available. Please note that many locations book up to six months in advance.

    Returning band? If you’ve played with us before and nothing has changed, check the box below to skip re-entering your details. You will still need to submit an updated W-9 each calendar year prior to any performance.

    3. If approved, you’ll receive booking communication and a W-9 request
    W-9 must be completed before your first show of the year 

     

    We can not consider a band without this form being completed.

  • Venue location. I have reviewed all the locations and we are most interested in playing at the following location(s):*
  • Is the above cost negotiable?
  • At our Bakersfield, Fresno, and Visalia taproom locations, we provide most of the sound equipment and lighting. We have set basic sound and lighting profiles for the venue, based on typical genres of music. These systems are all managed via an iPad. Will you require a Tech to run sound/lights during your performance? If yes, there is a $175 charge to the band. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to manage it yourself with our iPad based mixing software/equipment.*

  • FINAL DETAILS

  • After submitting this form, if you are a new band, each taproom you selected will decide if your band is the right fit. This process may take at least a week, but we'll let you know one way or another.

    Each location is unique in setup, space, and desired music. So please know that not all bands will fit our needs. This isn't personal. We're a taproom first and have a specific vision for our guests' experience.

    If your band has been approved, and when we're ready to look at booking dates, we'll send a digital w-9 to be completed, along with any other questions. THEN, and only then, we'll start the conversation for booking dates. 

    If you don't hear anything in within 7 days, please reach out to: bands@barrelhousebrewing.com. After all, we are relying on technology, and we all know hiccups happen.
