Please note, there is no access to the site before MIDDAY ON FRIDAY 19th July 2024.

All stallholders must hold current, appropriate insurance for their stall. Insurance documentation must be brought to the event. Spot checks will be carried out and where insurance cannot be proven, exhibitors will be asked to leave.

All stalls must be set up before the public opening time (10am both days) and will not be allowed to leave before the event closing time (5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday).

Pitches are 3.6m frontage wide and 2m deep, (some pitches will be on a corner). The price is for the whole weekend (2 days)

Free camping will be in the camping field.

If you are camping you can park adjacent to your caravan/tent - if not, parking will be in the main car park.

Passes will be sent by email at the beginning of July ( unless you request a hard copy - in which case an SAE will be required) and must be used to gain entry to the rally field.
