Will you be staying overnight? There will be space for one living van/tent/caravan or motorhome and trailer behind your engine. All other vehicles must be moved to the public car park, or, if additional camping space is needed this will be in the camping field adjacent to the rally field. Do you use a low-loader? If you are bringing your engine on a low-loader parking for this will be at the top of the car park field. Please let us know when you will be arriving so that we can make sure the field is open. Full size steam: Coal for full sized engines will not be provided, instead a cash donation will be given to each engine,in steam for the weekend, of £125. Please note that the number of paid engines is limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are willing to donate your allowance back to our charity, please select the radio button below - thank you

Postage is proving to be a huge expense and we propose to send as many passes as possible via email for the 2025 event.

These would not need to be printed off, but could be presented at the gate on a mobile phone or tablet.

I declare that during the Event my self propelled exhibit will be covered by the minimum insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act, irrespective of whether my exhibit is licensed for use on the public highway or not, and by a Boiler Explosion Policy having a limit of indemnity of not less than £2,000,000 in anyone incident (including Sparks and Ashes cover). If my exhibit is not self propelled it will be covered by a Public Liability Policy and by a Boiler Explosion Policy, both policies having a limit of indemnity of not less than£2,000,000 in any one incident (including Sparks and Ashes cover) I further declare that the boiler of any steam plant entered carries a current Boiler Inspection Certificate and that I have attached documentary evidence of such Insurance and Inspection to you before participating in the event. I further declare that the driver(s) hold a driving licence of the appropriate class and will produce, if required, such a licence at the rally, unless the rules of the Steam Apprentice Club apply. I agree to abide by the Code of Practice of the National Traction Engine Trust. I agree to operate my exhibit during the event and comply with the instructions of stewards. In the event of a dispute the Committee's decision is final. I have also read and accept the Conditions of Entry. I declare that I have read, understood and agree to comply with all the conditions laid out on this form and in the “CONDITIONS OF ENTRY”.*
