Please note, there is no access to the site before MIDDAY ON FRIDAY 17th July 2026.

All traders must hold current, appropriate insurance for their stall. Insurance documentation must be brought to the event. Spot checks will be carried out and where insurance cannot be proven, exhibitors will be asked to leave.

All stalls must be set up before the public opening time (10am both days) and will not be allowed to leave before the event closing time (5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday). Pitches must be paid for in full before a place can be reserved.

All pitches pitches are 6m frontage and 9m deep, (additional frontage may be purchased- see below).s must

Camping and parking will be within your pitch so please allow sufficient space for this (all guy ropes etc need to fit within your pitch).

Passes will be sent by email at the beginning of July ( unless you request a hard copy - in which case an SAE will be required) and must be used to gain entry to the rally field.
