No-Bullying Policy

At Battle Boxing Gym Youth Summer Camp, bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited. All campers are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness. Any form of bullying, including physical, verbal, or cyberbullying, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the camp.

Campers can be dismissed from the camp at any time for bullying, with all payments being non-refundable.

Disciplinary consequences for any misbehavior, such as fighting, pushing, kicking, throwing items, uncontrollable arguing, abusive language, or verbal abuse towards other campers or coaches, will be handled by one or some of the following;

Calling the parent
Apology to fellow campers and coaches
Timed wall sits
Timed laps
Time-out on the bleachers
Dismal of camp for the day or session

*Depending on the severity of the issue, further action may be taken.

Payments

All weekly payments of $215 are non-refundable.
Payments made on a week your camper did not attend can be transferred to another week of camp.
If choosing to pay weekly, an invoice will be sent out each Friday and will be due before the Monday session.
Full camp payments can be made by communicating with Coach Elijah.

Parking & Parents

When dropping off and picking up your camper, please do not park in front of the building.

Your camper will be instructed to head to the USC Indoor Tennis Court parking lot for pickup. Please use the same parking lot to drop off your camper.

If you are staying during their entire camp session, you can park in that lot or on the gravel side of the building. Please, do not interfere with coaching. Feel free to take all the videos and pictures you would like as you stay out of the way.

Please encourage complete independence. Do not hold their water, gloves, or interact with them during camp sessions. Trust us to build their confidence and independence by teaching them the discipline of boxing, teamwork, endurance, and accountability.

Battle Boxing Gym Youth Camp

General Release of Liability and Participation Agreement

This General Release of Liability and Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Battle Boxing Gym (“Gym”) and the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) on behalf of the minor participant (“Participant”).

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, understand that participation in boxing and related training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. These risks may arise from participation in training exercises, use of equipment, contact with other participants, or conditions of the training environment.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in the Youth Boxing Camp.

2. CERTIFIED TRAINING AND SAFETY

Battle Boxing Gym affirms that all instruction will be conducted under the supervision of certified boxing trainers, including Coach Elijah and Coach Aidan, who are responsible for implementing proper training techniques and maintaining reasonable safety standards.

I understand that while all reasonable precautions and safety measures will be taken, no activity is completely risk-free.

3. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Battle Boxing Gym staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Battle Boxing Gym, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches (including Coach Elijah Seawright and Coach Aidan Lazenby), and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in camp activities.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Battle Boxing Gym is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the camp. Participants are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT AND DISMISSAL POLICY

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and disciplined manner at all times.

Battle Boxing Gym reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the camp for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

Disrespect toward coaches or other participants
Disruptive or unsafe conduct
Failure to follow instructions or camp rules
Dismissal due to behavioral issues will result in immediate removal from the camp without refund of any fees paid.

7. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I grant Battle Boxing Gym permission to use photographs or videos of my child taken during camp for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. AGREEMENT AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. I affirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the Participant and have the authority to sign on their behalf.
