Okanagan Beach Day - July 2026 Registration

Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, 5:00-6:30PM, Kin Beach in Vernon at 7248 Tronson Road
Gather the whole family and head on out to the beach! Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. This event is open to all families with deaf and hard of hearing children in the region. Cost is free. Bring along your swimwear, applicable hearing equipment, picnic supper/snacks. We will have watermelon and some toys/activities. We will cover topics such as: communication strategies outdoors/in water, and Kindergarten corner (PEER).
This event is only open for past clients and current families receiving services from the BC Family Hearing Resource Society (BCFHRS), Interior, and School District. If you have more questions about this event, please email us at info@bcfamilyhearing.com.
