Registration for Tryouts & Evaluations
- Current 6th-8th grade girls
- Dates & Times:
  - October 24: 11:00 am-12:30 pm
  - October 28: 7:30-9:00 pm
  - October 31: 11:00 am-12:30 pm
- Location: BCHS Gyms
- Cost: $50
Players must attend all three dates.

The registration fee is non-refundable if the player does not make a team.

I hereby release Bishop Chatard High School and its designated representatives from any and all liability for any harm arising to my child as a result of participation in this activity. In the event of an emergency, I understand that school authorities will make every effort to contact me. However, I authorize school authorities to seek emergency medical treatment for my child in the event of a life-threatening or serious situation.

I give permission for Bishop Chatard High School to use photographs of my child taken during Jr. Trojans Volleyball activities for BCHS marketing or other promotional purposes.
