    The museum welcomes groups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays based on availability.

    Your visit is official once you receive confirmation from BCM personnel and your deposit has been paid.

    You will now be guided through our visit options. Please read the information below carefully before making your selection.

  • Attention Title 1 Schools:

    The pricing information you see below reflects our pricing without any funding available. The BCM staff member who contacts you after submitting this form will let you know if funding is available, in which case your visit will be offered free of charge.

     

    Option 1: Self-Guided Visit; 2 Hours

    Title 1 Schools: $9 per student

    Private Schools, Non-Title 1 Schools: $11 per student

    Lunch Space: $40 for 15 children or less; $55 for 15-40 children; $70 for 40 chidren or more. Lunch space is dependent on availability.

     

    Option 2: Educator-Led Program + Self-Guided Visit; 2 hours (1 hour Program +1 hour of Self-Guided time)

    Title 1 Schools: $11 per student

    Private Schools, Non-Title 1 Schools: $15 per student

    Lunch Space: $40 for 15 children or less; $55 for 15-40 children; $70 for 40 children or more. Lunch space is dependent on availability.

    Additional Self-Guided Time in the Museum: $50 per each additional half-hour

    Each Educator-Led Program can have a maximum of 30 participants

  • Please Note: Groups will be charged for the number of students reserved upon booking. If the number of students on the day of the group visit exceeds the total included in the original reservation, an additional cost per student will be applied.

    If you would like to have lunch or snack with your group at the Museum, a 30-minute space can be reserved. Reservations for lunch space are dependent on availability.

  • Please note that without a reservation, there is no space to eat at the Museum.
