    At Beastro, we are dedicated to fostering community engagement and networking through dynamic events that empower small businesses and connect locals. Our vendor markets offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming the public. 

  • This is a general application for all events. Please review the information carefully and indicate which sections are relevant to you, double check all entries prioir to submission. Thank you.

  • UPCOMING EVENTS

    SPOOKFEST MARKET 2.0

    Outdoor Market
    Date: Saturday, October 18th, 2025
    Time: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
    Location: Arbor Hose Fire Department - 1780 West 7th St. Piscatway, NJ

  • VENDOR FEES / INCLUSIONS / INFORMATION

    VENDOR FEES:

    - $35 – Kid/Teen Vendors (Max Age 17)

    - $85 – Artists, Crafters, Desserts & Pastries, Beverages, Services, Non-Profits

    - $125 – Food Trucks/Trailers/Tents

    INCLUSIONS:

    - Outdoor Vendors: A 10ft x 10ft space.

    - Food Trucks, Food Tents, Outdoor Entertainment, & Attractions will be allocated space accordingly.

    VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Vendors are responsible for their entire setup and breakdown.

    - All vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents, weights, tables, chairs, tablecloths, extension cords, signage, and any other necessary materials.

    - All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area prior to departure.

    - Outdoor vendors requiring electricity must bring their own power bank or generator.

    - Outdoor booth vendors must set up with a tent along with weights.

    - No confetti, loose glitter on the floors.

     FOOD VENDORS:

    - Must obtain a one-day health permit from the township’s clerk office.

    - Fire permits are required if applicable by the townships fire department.

    - Must provide all heating, electrical, and water access equipment.

    GENERAL INFORMATION:

    - Events will proceed rain or shine.

    - In case of unforeseen severe circumstances beyond BEASTRO’s control, resulting in event cancellation, vendors will be contacted with options regarding transfers or rescheduling.

  • Get a discount on your vendor fee when you book for multiple days!

    Multi-Day Discount

    Discount Breakdown:

    - 2 days: $20 off (save $20)

    Note: The discount will be applied automatically when the vendor selects the number of days they want to book.

  • Additional Rental Fees

    Tables are limited and are based on a first come first serve basis.

  • By submitting this application you agree to the following below:

    • Payment of total vendor fee is due within 72 hours upon agreement of this contract. Please ensure payment is submitted within time frame to retain vendor spot; failure to do so will result of your spot being offered to the next vendor on the waiting list. 
    • Punctuality for set-up and break-down / clean and organized booth space.
    • By submitting payment, you agree to a non-refundable deposit.
    • Beastro does not guarantee sales, we will promote, provide a space and a unique experience, as a vendor, you are provided a space to vend and grow your business.
    • Beastro will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, damaged goods or merchandise nor any injury incurred during the event.
