VENDOR FEES / INCLUSIONS / INFORMATION
VENDOR FEES:
- $40 – Kid/Teen Vendors (Max Age 17)
- $80 – Artists / Crafters / Desserts / Beverages / Services / Non-Profits
- $100 – Food Trucks, Food Trailers, Food Tents SOLD OUT
- $75 – Entertainment /Attractions. Examples: Trackless Train, Arcade Gaming, Bounce Houses, Interactive Activities, Family Entertainment
INCLUSIONS:
- Indoors Vendors: A 6ft x 6ft space.
- Outdoor Vendors: A 10ft x 10ft space.
- Food Trucks, Food Tents, Outdoor Entertainment, & Attractions will be allocated space accordingly.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vendors are responsible for their entire setup and breakdown.
- All vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents, weights, tables, chairs, tablecloths, extension cords, signage, and any other necessary materials.
- All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area prior to departure.
- Outdoor vendors requiring electricity must provide their own approved generator. *Please Note* - A Fire Permit with Piscataway Fire Bureau will be required for use of generator.
- Outdoor booth vendors must set up with a tent along with weights.
- No taping, tacking, pinning on walls of venue. No confetti, loose glitter on the floors indoors or outdoors.
ELECTRICITY NOTICE:
Limited electricity is available for approved indoor vendors only via standard wall outlets.
Outdoor vendors requiring electricity must provide their own approved generator and obtain all required permits through the Township Fire Department.
Beastro/Community Summer Bash does not provide outdoor electrical access.
FOOD VENDORS:
- Must obtain a one-day health permit from the township’s clerk office.
- Fire permits are required for the following: cooking, sternos, open-flame cooking, deep fryers, and use of generators, require permits through the Township Fire Department.
- Food vendors are responsible for supplying their own heating equipment, extension cords, electrical adapters, and water access equipment if needed.
VENDOR PROMOTION:
Approved vendors may be highlighted on Beastro social media pages leading up to the event.
Vendors are encouraged to help promote and share the event with their audience.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Events will proceed rain or shine.
- In case of unforeseen severe circumstances beyond BEASTRO’s control, resulting in event cancellation, vendors will be contacted with options regarding transfers or rescheduling.
