        BOOKING POLICY   

      1. RM20 NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT PER PERSON is needed to confirm your booking. If you are unable to come for your appointment, you can reschedule by just inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

      *For HOT DATES 16/4 - 1/5 reschedule shall need to inform at least 48 hours.

      2.NO CALL NO SHOW are not entitled to reschedule & refund. So please respect each other's time.

      3. Due to the spike cases of Covid-19, we required client to send us self-test results at least 1 day before the appointment. Please be sure to come only if you have no symptoms such as flu, sore throat, fever or feeling unwell.

      4. Only FULLY vaccinated clients allowed to enter the premises. MySejahtera checking (risk status & digital certificate) is compulsory upon arrival. 

      5. Kindly be sure  not to arrive later than 15 MINS for your appointment (especially during HOT DATES 16/4 -  1/5). Deposit will be forfeited & we will have to reschedule your appointment if next slot is not available. 

      6. Your appointment will only confirmed once deposit has been made.
