    Please be advised that Beauty By Tanica requires all new and existing clients to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. This form only needs to be filled out once unless you plan to make changes to your next service or desire a different treatment. If there are no changes to your upcoming appointment and you do not wish to alter any details, you may skip completing the consultation form.

    **Deposits**

    A deposit of 50% of your selected service price is required on the day you book your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

     


    **Cancellations**

    All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This policy ensures that I can accommodate all clients as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
