Standard Hair Purchases

1. Acknowledgment:

I, {clientName}, acknowledge that I have purchased standard hair extensions from Beauty Junkie and understand that the hair itself is not guaranteed. The salon is not responsible for the quality, longevity, or performance of the hair.

2. Installation Guarantee:

I understand that Beauty Junkie guarantees the installation of these extensions. If there are any issues directly related to the installation within the first 7 days, the salon will provide a one-time adjustment at no additional cost. After this period, any additional services or adjustments will be charged accordingly.

3. Hair Maintenance:

I have received aftercare instructions and understand that proper maintenance is essential for the longevity of both the hair and the installation. I agree to follow these guidelines and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in damage to the hair or installation, which is not covered by this agreement.

4. No Refunds:

I understand that there are no refunds or exchanges on hair extension services or products. All sales are final.

5. Liability Waiver:

I release Beauty Junkie and its employees from any liability related to the hair extensions, including but not limited to allergic reactions, scalp conditions, or any other issues arising from the hair or installation process.

 

Premium Hair Purchases

1. Acknowledgment:

I, {clientName}, acknowledge that I have purchased premium hair extensions from Beauty Junkie, which come with a guarantee on both the hair quality and the installation.

2. Hair Quality Guarantee:

I understand that the premium hair purchased is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of installation. As long as the hair has not been chemically altered, if the hair does not meet the quality standards as described during the consultation, Beauty Junkie will replace the hair at no additional cost.

3. Installation Guarantee:

I understand that Beauty Junkie guarantees the installation of these extensions. If there are any issues directly related to the installation within the first 7 days, the salon will provide a one-time adjustment at no additional cost.
