• TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. PAYMENT POLICY

    STRICTLY PAYMENT FIRST.

    • A 50% downpayment is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client approval.

    2. REVISIONS

    • Each project includes 2 free revision for adjustments to design and video
    • Revisions do not include new concepts or major changes beyond the original agreement.
    • Additional revisions will incur an extra fee (+150), depending on the scope of work.

    3. PROJECT DETAILS

    Clients must provide:

    • A clear description of the project’s purpose and goals.
    • Inspiration or references (e.g., links, images, mood boards).
    • Assets such as logos, photos, or fonts to be used in the project.
    • Delays in providing project details may affect the timeline and final output.

    4. DEADLINES & COMMUNICATION

    • Clients must set a specific deadline for the project.
    • Any changes to deadlines or requirements must be communicated promptly.
    • Regular progress updates will be provided throughout the project.

    5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    Either party can cancel the project if deemed necessary.

    In case of cancellation:

    • The 50% downpayment is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already invested.
    • Refunds for overpayments or unused services will be reviewed case by case.

    6. PUBLIC USE & DELIVERABLES

    • Posting commissioned work publicly requires the client’s explicit permission.
    • Final deliverables will be sent via Google Drive, Telegram, or Dropbox.
    • Unless agreed otherwise, we retain the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials.

    7. SERVICE RIGHTS

    • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue projects due to:
    • A mismatch in schedule or expertise.
    • Content that promotes illegal, unethical, or inappropriate material.

    8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing complete and accurate information before the project begins.
    • Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
    • Failure to provide timely feedback may delay the project.

    9. CONFIDENTIALITY

    • All shared project files and details will remain confidential.
    • Work will not be reused, resold, or distributed without mutual agreement.

    10. LIABILITY

    • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate input from the client.
    • Final deliverables are reviewed by the client prior to approval; any post-approval changes may incur additional fees.
