Please be mindful that not every request/submission will be accepted. You will receive a confirmation email with a booking link if your request is accepted.
In order to help me streamline the booking process, please fill out any relevant information I may need for your appointment below. **The hourly rate for custom tattoos is $145 per hour. This is to account for the time taken to design custom work**

If your idea/concept is something that is chosen, be mindful that your appointment is not confirmed until a deposit is sent to me via Venmo, I will send you more information in the booking email. This is to secure your spot and will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
