BPHR Adoption Application
Adoption Fee can range (covers full vetting and care of the dog). Transport fee for out-of-area adopters ranges: $150-$300. Fees are payable via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle and must be paid in advance of transport for out of area adopters.
Submitting this application does not signify a commitment to adopting, nor does it guarantee that you will receive the specific animal you've inquired about. Instead, it serves as a tool to aid both you and us in identifying a suitable match for your family and lifestyle. A successful adoption hinges on choosing the right animal for your household and having a thorough grasp of the animals needs and care requirements. I agree to allow a representative from Bee Pawsitive Husky Rescue to contact my vet for a reference and also agree to allowing a home/virtual visit prior to adopting this animal. If I am approved to adopt the animal, I agree to pay a non-refundable adoption fee and sign an adoption contract at the time of adoption.
