This form is only a request. We will email you within 48 hours of submission with further information regarding your order. Check your spam folder! All items on this form are gluten free and nut free (sugar cookies contain imitation almond extract). Dairy-Free option for cakes and cupcakes only. All cakes are triple layered. Please note, design and event will determine the final price. All sugar cookie orders must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to desired pick up/delivery date. We ask that all other items are submitted at least 72 hours in advance, though we are currently booking up about 2-3 week out.
